One touch switches your lights on and off in a soft, controlled way. A firm longer touch will enable you to dim your lights up or down to your personal required level, which will then be stored in the ballast memory. The ballast has a power failure proof memory, which means that your personal preference lighting level will be remembered next time you switch your lighting on, or when re-energised after a power failure. A fast programmed start function has been incorporated into the ballast, so that the lamps will switch on within 0.5 second.

A further feature of the HF-Regulator Touch and Dim ballasts is that the switch wiring can be connected in parallel, enabling lights to be dimmed from multiple positions in the room. The system is suitable for 1-phase as well as for 3-phase operation.

Applications:
Well suited for personal, manual dimming of fluorescent luminaires in any application requiring simple dimming such as:
    -general lighting in small offices and conference rooms
    -individually controlled up-Iighters and pull-cord controlled 
     suspended luminaries
    -lecture theatre
    -hotel bedrooms
    -hospital and medical consultancy rooms

The HF-Regulator Touch and Dim is available in a linear housing for TL5, TL'D and PLL and in a compact B-housing for TL5C, PL-T and PL-T/C.
